Sensually Yours has always been known for our wonderful customer service both in store and online. But we never pause to think about the powerhouse that is our sales team, the people who make all the good stuff happen. Rolling into this new year, (get outta here 2022, we’re done with you!) let’s take a second to introduce ourselves!

But we never pause to think about the powerhouse that is our sales team, the people who make all the good stuff happen. Rolling into this new year, (get outta here 2022, we’re done with you!) let’s take a second to introduce ourselves! Each and every one of the Sensually Yours team is unique and brings to the table different skills that make our team a joy to work with. So! Without further ado, check out our Q&A and get to know us as humans a little better!

1. Kyrie (Stock & Web Manager, Buyer, writer of the best blogs {ha ha})

(SY) What is something unique about you that few people are aware of?

(K) I’m an independent artist!

(SY) Okay, how about a hard one: What is one thing, only one, that you can’t live without?

(K) Pfft. Easy. Internet.

(SY) What would you say you’ve gained from working here at Sensually Yours?

(K) I would definitely say confidence. Not just anyone can talk about sex and toys and things. I mean, at its core, it’s retail but there’s such a huge degree of product knowledge and charisma that goes into working in an adult boutique, even behind the scenes. Honestly, I love it. It’s so fun helping people explore their sexualities or giving them information they maybe didn’t have before. It’s a pretty big deal! I can’t imagine doing anything else.

(SY) Okay, but if you could learn to do anything outside of doing what you love to do, what would it be?

(K) Hmm… I think I’d want to learn to tattoo. I think that would be really interesting and just as rewarding, especially creatively.

2. Noel (Stock Assistant & Retail Sales Associate)

(SY) What’s something unique about you that few people are aware of?

(N) I make Lei Po’o’s (flower crowns) sometimes. Oh. And I went skinny dipping in Europe with my high school classmates. [SY: Whoa. Bold! We love to hear it!]

(SY) What’s your favorite part about working for Sensually Yours?

(N) I love working with the awesome people here. It’s so fun!

(SY) Here’s a toughie! What’s one thing you can’t live without?

Hmm… I’d say people. Like friends and family and my significant other.

(SY) Okay, last but not least: What would you say that you’ve gained from working here at Sensually Yours?

(N) Oh, definitely a vast knowledge on all things sexual. Health, toys, all that good stuff! And friends!

3. Bambi (Part Time Sales Associate)

(SY) What are 3 words you’d use to describe us?

(B) Inclusive, friendly and fun.

(SY) Our favorite question: What’s one thing you can’t live without?

(B) Oof.. I’d say the internet.

(SY) If you could learn anything, what would it be?

(B) I’d love to learn more languages! Or… learn how to play the harp

(SY) Alright, last one! What is your favorite part about working here at Sensually Yours?

(B) I’d say probably seeing how excited people get about the items we have in the store and helping them find new toys and products.

4. Maegan (Part Time Sales Associate)

(SY) Before working at Sensually Yours, what was the most interesting job you’ve ever had?

(M) I used to design the T-shirts for my university’s band. [SY: Oh, that sounds fun!]

(SY) What’s something you’d tell your 13-year-old self if you could?

(M) Be gay, do crime. [SY: Short and sweet. Love it!]

(SY) What’s your favorite part about working at Sensually Yours?

(M) Definitely the team!

(SY) Okay, lastly, what’s one thing you absolutely can’t live without?

(M) Definitely Google. Seriously.

5. Mike (General Manager)

(SY) Before working at Sensually Yours, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

(M) It’s a secret. [SY:… Okay… Scary.]

(SY) What’s something you’d tell your 13-year-old self if you could?

(M) Don’t be afraid to buy property. For real.

(SY) What have you gained from working at Sensually Yours?

(M)… Daughters. Many. [SY: LOL]

(SY) Okay, last one: If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

(M) Time travel.

6. Kidda (Manager on Duty)

(SY) What is something unique about you that few people are aware of?

(K) I was in BOTH girl scouts and boy scouts! [SY: Nice! That’s pretty amazing, actually.]

(SY) What three words would you use to describe Sensually Yours?

(K) Fun, flirty and of course, classy.

(SY) Our favorite: What’s one thing you cannot live without?

(K) Oh, my phone for sure.

(SY) Okay, last one! What have you gained from working here at Sensually Yours?

(K) I’d have to say that I’ve learned to communicate better with both my peers and our clients as well as good management skills.

7. Amber (Manager on Duty)

(SY) What are 3 words you’d use to describe us?

(A) Fun, educational and fair.

(SY) What’s something unique about you that few people are aware of?

(A) I’ve won over twenty awards for writing and poetry. {SY: 20!? That’s really impressive!]

(SY) What’s your favorite part about working at Sensually Yours?

(A) I love seeing how happy our customers are when they leave with something they’re really excited about. Customer service is our specialty so getting to be a part of that experience is really fun.

(SY) Alright, and last but not least: If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

(A) I’d learn to read, write, and speak Tolkien Elvish. Because reasons.

8. Tommy (Manager on Duty)

(SY) Before working at Sensually Yours, what was the most interesting job you’ve ever had?

(T) I used to be a server at gatherings and stuff, like catering staff, and someone called me Gilbert Grape.

(SY) If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

(T) Oh man, I’d love to learn how to play the piano.

(SY) What would you say you’ve gained from working at Sensually Yours?

(T) Knowledge! We’re big on product knowledge and it’s amazing. And friends too, of course.

(SY) And for our finale, what’s something you absolutely cannot live without?

(T) Probably video games honestly.
