MANUFACTURER DEFECTS:
  • Manufacturer defects will be accepted within 14 days of shipped date accompanied with a RA#*, RECEIPT and ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING. We will be glad to exchange your defective item for the EXACT ITEM (shipping charges are waived on any replacement items).
  • If we do not have a replacement item in stock, it can be exchanged for a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) to select an alternate item. NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued for any items being returned.
  • We cannot accept packages that are opened or show evident signs of use of tampering.
  • We are not responsible for shipping charges for exchange items sent back to us.
  • Items returned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out via USPS at no extra charge to the customer.
  • Upon receipt we check all returned items. We may not accept the returned items if they show a sign of product being used. All personal merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE LINGERIE/CLOTHING:

  • All costumes and seasonal items are a final sale (Halloween, Christmas, etc).
  • Clothing items have a 14-day exchange policy from the shipped date. We will be glad to do this as long as the ORIGINAL TAGS are attached to the garment, accompanied with a RECEIPT, and in resalable condition.
  • Merchandise may be exchanged for store a credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling). NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued for any items being returned.
  • We are not responsible for shipping charges for exchange items sent back to us.
  • Upon receipt we check all returned items. We may not exchange or accept returned items if they show a sign of product being worn, damaged or altered.

DEFECTIVE DVDS:

  • Due to the ease of duplication, DVD is returnable only if the seal is UNBROKEN. You may return unopened videos for up to 14 days after the shipped date accompanied with a RA#*.
  • For exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value. NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued for any items being returned. We are not responsible for shipping charges for exchange items sent back to us.
  • We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will check DVD upon receipt. When we confirm the returned items are in fact broken or defective, we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost.
  • We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened.

*DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#): You must request a RA# first. Before you return any items, please contact us via e-mail. Please give us detailed description of the defective item. Then, we will reply you with a RA#. We do not accept returns without this number clearly marked on the top of the outside box. Items returned without a RA# will not be accepted and sent back to sender.

**If you are a resident of Hawaii, you can bring the purchased item(s) in, along with receipt and original tag still attached to our store for exchange only or store credit. Return must be done within 14 days of shipped date.
